This was a Venge support game that I played with my team in a scrim about a week ago. Venge is a pretty high skill cap support because she has huge decision making affects on team fights. You should be aiming to swap in high priority targets to burst them down, or save your allies if they are disabled and way out of position.
If you against high priority disrupt heroes like Enigma, Bane, or Batrider, then your role should change to swapping enemies after their abilities to effectively cancel your semi useful ulti for their super useful ulti.
