In this co-op gameplay Mike is playing on the new Xbox One X in 4K, whereas Andy is playing on the standard Xbox One.

The most dramatic improvement seems to be to the lighting, particularly the light shafts, but the improved texture quality and higher resolution makes for an all-round better image.
