Epitome has an interesting approach to NPC interactions, letting you actually type messages and talk to NPCs using AI. You can ask for more specific directions, accept quests through conversations, and even ask NPCs questions that lead to some surprisingly entertaining responses.

It's a pretty interesting way of making NPCs feel more interactive than the usual MMO quest system. Instead of simply clicking through dialogue, you can actually have a conversation and ask the NPC for the information you need.
