Dokyo is an unusual entity that spends much of her time in her laboratory under the capital, engrossed in creating new Genma variants. One glimpse at the facility's eerie nature is enough to make clear her twisted tastes.

Onimusha: Way of the Sword plunges the Oni Gauntlet-wielding protagonist, Miyamoto Musashi, into an early Edo-period Kyoto under siege by monstrous fiends known as Genma.

Onimusha: Way of the Sword will be available on PlayStation 5 (PS5), Xbox Series X/S, Xbox on PC, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC (Steam and Epic Games Store) on September 4, 2026. A demo is out now.
