South Park: The Fractured but Whole is a role-playing video game developed and published by Ubisoft, in collaboration with South Park Digital Studios. The sequel to South Park: The Stick of Truth, it is based on the American adult animated television series South Park and written by series creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone. It was released worldwide for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One on October 17, 2017.

The Fractured but Whole takes place after the events of South Park: The Stick of Truth, with the 21st season episode Franchise Prequel as a tie-n. The children begin a new adventure, again set in the town of South Park in the Colorado Rocky Mountains, this time becoming role-playing superheroes. However, a falling-out over Cartman's planned film franchise splinters the boys into two groups. Those who side with Cartman join Coon and Friends, while rival group Freedom Pals, led by Mysterion, call for their own franchise, starting a civil war between the two groups. The player again controls The New Kid, though now has the option of choosing the gender of The New Kid.

Two story-based DLC packs are in development for The Fractured but Whole. The first, "From Dusk til Casa Bonita", released on March 20, 2018. It requires the player to team up with the Coon and Mysterion to rescue Mysterion's sister from the Vamp Kids at the Casa Bonita restaurant. The DLC introduces the Netherborn class with four new abilities, and the goth Henrietta, as a witch ally.
