I show how ADC buffs to HP change the power of Grasp Runes on ADCs like Ezreal, making him a Tank Ezreal in the bot lane to show why using tank runes on ADCs is 200IQ. Then I try Grasp AP Ezreal to see if it works with off meta ADC Builds too.
