On 12 March 2015, BAFTA celebrated the leading lights of the global games industry at the 11th British Academy Games Awards, where The Last of Us and indie puzzler Monument Valley won big, before Destiny clinched the prize for Best Game.

Comedian Rufus Hound presided, while Outside Xbox's Jane Douglas joined co-presenter Chris Cohen on the red carpet and backstage with the winners. Game design luminary David Braben was also awarded the Fellowship by the British Academy in recognition for co-authoring Elite, founding Frontier, being one of the UK's most prominent British developers, and the rest of his whole deal so far.
