Some notes:
- At the vault entrance, you may notice a slight inconsistency: There is only one pistol on the ground, whilst in the recording all five survivors dropped their guns. My guess is that this was a design choice (they didn’t want to spoil the player by giving them 5 free guns at the git-go).

- If you go to the sacrificial chamber and count the number of skeletons on the ground, you’ll find 16. I was going to mention this fact in my video (16 skeletons = 16 sacrifices = Vault was closed for 16 years). However, I stumbled on a loading screen which said ‘Vault 11 has been abandoned for decades’. The events of New Vegas take place over 200 years after the war. Therefore, the number of skeletons on the floor is arbitrary & isn’t a reliable metric for how long the vault had been closed.

- You can actually find the Vault 11 Surviror NPC in the game files. I assume that he was supposed to be an encounter in the game but was ultimately cut.
