GTA 4 is back on Steam, but due to changes with Microsoft's Games for Windows Live, it will be sans multiplayer and leaderboards. Also, three radio stations will be cut, likely due to expired licensing deals with the music's rights holders. But, as a bonus, those who previously bought Grand Theft Auto 4 digitally on Steam will now get Episodes from Liberty City for free.
