New World Might Be The Best MMORPG Out There, and today I'm talking about exactly what makes New World feel so great to play, the uniqueness of the game itself, and how something can be so simple and so effective at the same time. New World is an Open World MMORPG and it really captures the essence of the "Open World" experience, pretty much from the start and the entire way through, no matter what you're doing, you always feel like it is actually an open world. You can skip certain quests without being forced to go back and do them later, you can level up your character by chopping down trees in New World or by Mining, and by doing that you will level your character and your lifeskills at the same time, which is perfect for those of you who want to work on your Lifeskills in New World. The questing experience is also non-linear, you can go wherever you want and pretty much do whatever you want, and the world itself feels massive & open from start to finish. The opportunities in New World is pretty much endless, the Lifeskills & Profession system is great and makes it incredibly fun for Farmers & Gatherers, the Open World PvP System makes it really fun for people who are into PvP, and for those who don't want to parttake in the Open World PvP, you can simply toggle it off. There's also great PvE content, well-made dungeons, and the questing system is really unique & fun, in my opinion.
New World is incredibly fun to play, New World feels amazing to play, and it really feels like an MMORPG should. Like Asmongold says, "MMORPGs should make you want to waste your time, not actually waste your time", and even tho the walking around in New World kinda wastes a bit of time, the game itself is so much fun that you just want to keep on playing it. This is something I've seen a lot during the New World Closed Beta as a lot of my friends & other content creators have said they would not play the New World Closed Beta too much, but now they have over 75 hours in the Beta, in less than a week. New World is not going to be THE game for everyone, nor should it be, because what usually happens is that if a game tries to appeal to literally everyone, it ends up appealing to noone, and New World does a great job at being really appealing to their target audience. I can't wait for the Future of New World!
