One Mile Race - VS PopularMMOs, PrestonPlayz, MrCrainer and BajanCanadian

100 days ago I was invited to join a 1 mile run/race by Pat AKA PopularMMOs. The race was between Pat, PrestonPlayz, MrCrainer and I to see who could run the fastest 1 mile! The ultimate goal was to see if anyone could run the mile in under 5 minutes which is an incredible accomplishment and very difficult to pull off. After 100 days of NOT training (I wish I did though and plan on finding more balance in my life to work on fitness, health, and new hobbies) - here is my time! I got just under 6 minutes and 30 seconds. Not amazing, but not too bad either! I'm excited to see how the other guys do in this race and plan to actually work on improving my cardio + 1 mile running speed as well as overall fitness! Health and mind have to come first!

The winner of this competition gets bragging rights and all of the losers have to promote them for a week in their YouTube videos. I don't think I'm going to win, but I am glad I at least put this run out here and can encourage all of you to push yourselves to take risks, try new things and keep your health in mind.
