The patch from 6 days ago nerfed Sylas but yet his winrate literally remains untouched, so basically the nerf was not even remotely enough. 2nd Highest Playrate in Diamond 2+, and winrate is higher than the other popular champs (Yasuo Yone have 49.70% winrates compared to Sylas 53.70%), so yeah, he's broken.
