Asmongold watches "NEW 9.2 INFO! Unlocking Flight Just Got REALLY Grindy!" by SoulSoBreezy about World of Warcraft Shadowlands 9.2 Eternity's End Patch and Cypher of the First Ones. The video is worth watching if you want to know how long it takes to unlock flying, how Blizzard doubled down on Timegating in Patch 9.2, how new WoW systems are borrowed from Mobile games and designed specifically to keep you PAYING real money while waiting for content to be added. Asmongold is sick of having his time wasted by an MMORPG that was once worth hours, days and weeks of levelling and gear grind. Is this the fault of ActiBlizz for forcing devs to monetize World of Warcraft harder, or could it be that the developers themselves are incompetent to create fun and enjoyable gameplay for the majority of the playerbase, similarly to how it's done in Square Enix's Final Fantasy XIV and Amazon's New World?
