Assassin's Creed Syndicate released in 2015 and it had the perfect opportunity to redeem the bug-filled launch Assassin's Creed Unity had back in 2014. But ultimately Assassin's Creed Syndicate made a lot of questionable decisions in it's design and experimented in unnecessary gameplay elements like combat and adding a leveling system which caused Assassin's Creed Syndicate to make the problem even worse for the Assassin's Creed Series and it's failure lead to us getting Assassin's Creed Origins, Assassin's Creed Odyssey, and Assassin's Creed Valhalla, and well... you know how I feel about Odyssey and Valhalla. So I explain why I feel Assassin's Creed Syndicate had a perfect opportunity to get the series back on track and blew it.
