The Grand Avenue Station bar's menu lists the ingredients of its Love Potion #728 signature cocktail as peach schnapps, amaretto, grenadine, seltzer water and a splash of orange juice.

Though no-one has the definitive explanation for the number 728, we can all agree that seltzer water shouldn't be shaken inside a cocktail shaker. Frankly, we have our doubts about Dr Channell's supposed PhD in mixology.
