Battlefield 2042 (or at least part of it) may go free to play according to the latest information from leaker Tom Henderson. Whether or not that's a good thing depends entirely on how much work DICE and EA put into reworking Battlefield 2042. In general, I don't feel it's a smart move with the state of the game and community anger. Still, EA allegedly says all options are on the table.
