In this episode of Minecraft Highglights, Tobuscus finds out that one must eat to nourish their body and keep from dying. Such a simple concept to be completely lost in a panic. What's the best way to stay alive in Minecraft? Eating chicken. Even a raw chicken. If you eat a raw chicken, it will be very bad for you, but it will keep you alive.

I can plainly see a bowl of soup in Toby's inventory. Not to mention the three steaks... and the golden apple... But chicken. He had to cook chicken. He really must have been on a diet...
