Fail Better Games has cultivated a positive reputation in the story driven games space... a paid trainee program with them would be highly valuable for any writer wishing to enter the space.

Restricting that purely based on race is an example of blatant discriminatory hiring practices that are at odds with UK law and I am baffled they are able to continue down this road without seeing the ideological problems with their new policy.
