Business Casual (a channel with over one million subscribers) has vowed to "fight again" after their lawsuit against YouTube was dismissed.

Arguing against fair use, this lawsuit would seemingly undermine years of creator struggle, and positive steps forward. It is claimed that YouTube is "INTENTIONALY undermining the united States of America... in collusion with the Russian government." ... however I would like to argue that these claims are deceptive, manipulative, and possibly unhinged.

This case is not what it seems.
