Cities Skylines ASSET CREATION: Make a Workshop Pack

Learn to use Blender and Photoshop to make a Cities Skylines asset! In this example, we create a pack of 6 cubes with varying textures and sizes, and upload them all together as a single pack on the Steam Workshop. We cover UV editing, diffuse textures, normal textures, specular textures, illumination textures, alpha textures, color textures, creating good culling, proper orientation and scale, an LOD model, exporting from blender and photoshop with correct file names, importing the models into Cities Skylines, creating thumbnails for your assets, and publishing them to the workshop.
