Episode 7: Metropolis
This episode we take some influence from a pair of classic movies, and a new Build-Off is announced!

Everyday... wars, disease, famine, pollution. You see an ad on the subway, "MOVE TO MARS". The commercials tell you a better life awaits, leave your worries behind! You're on a spaceship, waking up from cryosleep. As you and hundreds of others exit a tunnel into the colony, your heart sinks. Sewage leaks from pipes overhead, trash piles up in corners, thousands cram through dirty open-air markets, others sleep in the streets. You look up towards the glass dome ceiling. 200 feet above your head a blooming jacaranda sheds its flowers into a gurgling garden fountain. "How do we get up there?" you ask. Someone answers, "You can't".

Guys! Another build-off is here!

This time, your challenge is to make an animated prop for Cities Skylines using my Animated Props Tutorial! Any props that I think would work in MARS will end up in the city, showcased in an episode, and linked in the description of a video!

Rules:
- Your prop can be anything, as long as it's animated. Extremely large or extremely small props are less likely to be showcased and used in the city.
- No profanity or explicit content

Please submit in the #build-off-chat channel on Discord (https://discord.gg/ekt2ask). Your submission should include:
- The name of your asset
- Preferrably a Steam workshop URL link (this would be required if your asset going to be showcased, but not necessary the second you submit)
- 2-3 screenshots of your asset in game
- A short description of your asset
- Tri Counts (main + LOD)
- Texture Sizes (main + LOD)
