Tuskar is a strong mid hero who has the potential to snowball excessively because of his burst damage. This makes him a very fun hero because going around and slaying is an enjoyable way to play the game.
Max out your ice shards and your snowball, get your opponent below 50% hp, and then punch them into the air so that they die. I think Shadowblade is still a core item on him despite the nerf to cooldown, as it gives you a bit more burst damage for your combo.
