Enigma is one of my favorite heroes because he can farm rapidly in the jungle, gank, and push lanes. In the mid-late game his teamfight presence is massive because he can black hole entire teams.
Generally the item build is a Soul Ring into Mek and then either a blink dagger or a BKB depending on your and their lineup, and then you can finish that up with a hex or whatever item you want.
