In the first episode of Amazon Prime’s hit TV show Fallout, we are introduced to Cooper and his ‘Rule of Thumb’ for nuclear bombs. Supposedly, if the blast cloud is smaller than your thumb, you have a chance of survival. If the cloud is bigger than your thumb? Well… let’s just say you’re in for a bad time.
