The Cell Catalogue is a horror-themed Dave & Bambi fan-mod inspired by Dave’s House, and this demo already goes way harder than expected. Instead of the usual chaotic fun, this mod leans heavily into uneasy atmosphere, tension, and psychological horror.

You play as Tristan, trapped inside his own house on the night before his birthday. What should be a fun scavenger hunt for hidden gifts quickly turns into a nightmare, as Dave stalks the house and something far worse begins to show itself. However in this mod we’re playing against Tristan and his evil version.

This demo introduces 3 new songs and several key characters: Tristan, Cell, Spike, Evil Tristan – appearing as Gift King / Tyrant.

The atmosphere is the strongest part here. The mod captures that constant feeling of being watched, with horror visuals and sound design that feel straight out of Dave’s House. For a demo, it already sets up a creepy story and leaves a lot of questions unanswered — in a good way.
