The Player Launcher from last episode gets improved by adding an easy to use return feature. We then work on the visual design of a community Player Launcher for the shopping district, giving it a high-tech sci-fi style.

All these Player Launchers are going to need lots of Wind Charges, so we look into upgrading our Breeze Farm with a warp feature. The base gets a new Bus Stop / Rest Stop type of intersection.
