I think I found it. I think I found the worst MMORPG on Steam right now in 2021. This MMO was so bad, I literally spaced out partially through it and forgot I was even still playing it. This game was so empty. So void of life, personality. I honestly could not find a single redeeming thing about the game. Thanks, Phoenix Dynasty 2.
