I think this is perhaps the MMORPG I'm more qualified to discuss than almost any other. I've had an active subscription to World of Warcraft since all the way back in 2008 when Wrath of the Lich King came out, and have been an active player ever since. This is an MMO that I hold above almost all others (with the exception of Final Fantasy XIV) because it provides almost more to do than I have actual time to move through. PvP (open-world PvP, battlegrounds, arenas,) PvE (world quests, dungeons, raids) and a plethora of other activities make this my go-to when I have nothing to play. And considering there are millions of players playing through both Shadowlands and WoW Classic (including The Burning Crusade coming up,) I figure this is as good a time as any to discuss World of Warcraft.
