New Just Cause 3 Gameplay: In Just Cause 3 you can hook multiple items with tether lines at once, then retract those tethers to slam things together, launch objects into the sky or bring whole structures crashing down. See Mike and Andy put multi-tether versatility to the test in Just Cause 3 gameplay and subscribe: http://www.tinyurl.com/SubToOxbox
Just Cause 3 is a game that rewards chaotic invention: the sort of invention that begins with the thought “I wonder if I could pull the head off that statue of a dictator, attach it to the underside of a helicopter and use it as a wrecking ball” and ends with you using exactly that to lay waste to an enemy stronghold.
Tethers can also be used as a sort of catapult: stick lines high up on either side of something, then reel them in and detach them at the right moment to launch items off cliffs, at helicopters, or into enemy bases.
That's not to say that our other favourite Just Cause innovation, sticky rocket mines, doesn't get a look-in in the gameplay video above. What will happen when we create a home-made Iron Man by sticking rocket mines to some guy's hands? It's not what you think! Unless you think he spirals off down the street and explodes.
Just Cause 3 comes out on release date 1 December 2015 on Xbox one, PC and PS4.
