In Manual Samuel, you manually operate the bodily functions of reanimated corpse Samuel. Watch Andy steer Samuel through his drive to work and a rough shift in the robot factory in this Manual Samuel gameplay on Xbox One. Subscribe for more from Outside Xbox: http://www.tinyurl.com/SubToOxbox
Manual Samuel is out on release date 11 October 2016 on PS4 and 14 October 2016 on Xbox One and PC.
Manual Samuel puts you in control of Samuel, a rich guy who is hit by a truck and strikes a deal with death: if he can survive for 24 hours with manual control of all of his bodily functions, he can carry on living. What that means for you is a QWOP-style puzzle game in which you have to keep Sam's spine straight to keep him from flopping backwards, breathe to keep him from suffocating, and blink to keep the screen from whiting out entirely.
Having just about mastered basic walking, breathing and blinking at the start of the game, we have to drive Samuel's car down a road inexplicably full of old ladies before putting in a full day's work at a robot factory, carrying volatile robot chemicals around the place.
Considering we can't even make a cup of coffee without throwing it in our eyes, it goes about as well as you'd expect.
