Mortal Kombat X Alien Gameplay - Xenomorph Fatalities, X-Ray, Variations on Xbox One

The first variation for The Alien is Acidic, which gives him access to various attacks using his acidic blood, which he can fire out of his tail in directed bursts or... shake out of his head, looks like. Gross.

Next is Konjurer, which gives the Xenomorph the ability to conjure (konjure, sorry) an egg, from which will leap a facehugger, ready to attach itself to your luckless opponent's head, leaving them open to attack. This variation also comes with an alien drone that you can call on to drop in on your enemy's head at any time. Try combining the two for a really bad day.

Finally there is Tarkatan. In Mortal Kombat X, the Alien is born from Tarkatan sword arm-haver Baraka, meaning that this version of the Xenomorph can also equip himself with deadly arm blades, as if the tail blade, second mouth and acid blood weren't enough already.
