Never Saw It Coming! Oxbox Xmas Challenge Day 6 - Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare

The Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare achievement "Never Saw It Coming" is awarded for boost jumping, dashing forward in the air, then ground slamming an enemy unto death. On a normal day, it's worth 15G. On the sixth day of the Oxbox Xmas Challenge, it's worth one golden Christmas point.
