I felt like adding this comment because some Akali mains are arguing it's a nerf - Akali's MAIN objective as a champion is to carry mid-game and win before the game get's too late. People were already going MR rune against Akali, and some are saying it's a "early game nerf" because people will build MR sooner.

1. People won't rush MR unless they ALREADY did (think zed-hexdrinker)
2. Even if they did how often do you hit the enemy champion with E in lane unless you're in iron/bronze?
3. her mid-game/late-game will be much more impactful
