An unreleased version of GTA Online's content creator has been uncovered by fans, and rumor has it Lindsay Lohan may be suing Rockstar because she believes they used her likeness without her permission. The process to turn an Xbox One into a devkit has been discovered, but you don't want to do it if you're not a registered developer.
