I love new MMORPGs. I love seeing trailer for upcoming MMORPGs because it gives you something to look forward to. I love playing new MMOs because it's always an entirely new experience. And while Nexon aren't necessarily known for making the highest quality MMOs - actually, Nexon aren't really known for even really releasing their MMOs over to the Western audience, it's worth noting that every new MMORPG is still another MMO that could potentially bring something new to the table, a new experience, a new feature that could revolutionize the genre.
While I have no illusions that this will be the best free MMORPG, I still think it's worth waiting to see the kind of MMO it will ultimately be before making any final judgements on the game.
