In this episode, we take another look at a dysfunctional area of the city. Later, we build a recycling center, a car dealership, a lumber yard and the start of the island's farming industry.

About Kobayashi Island:
Kobayashi Island is a #CitiesSkylines series following the build of a Japanese style island city. With no roads or trains that connect it to the outside world, the city is entirely dependent on ships and airplanes for everything it needs. While its style is loosely based on Tokyo and Japan at large, the project is mainly fictional, with its own unique history, geography and layout.
