Runescape Dragonwilds is a brand new open world survival crafting game that’ll soon be arriving to Steam early access, This game is set in the Runescape universe on the forgotten continent of Ashenfall where ancient dragons have awoken from their slumber. You’ll take on the roll of an adventurer who’ll set off to slay the Dragon Queen either alone or with up to 3 friends.
What makes Runescape Dragonwilds unique compared to other survival crafting games is the use of the Runescape skill progression system combined with your ability to use magical utility spells to help you with skilling.
You’ll see familiar NPCs and creatures from the Runescape MMOs as well as be able to obtain iconic weapons such as the abyssal whip and anti-dragon shield.
Runescape Dragonwilds is being created in house by an entirely new development team within Jagex and is their first new game in over a decade, as someone who’s a long time Runescape fan and plays OSRS as their main MMO I was super excited in checking it out.

TheLazyPeon is an MMORPG content creator and livestreamer that's been covering the MMO genre on YouTube and Twitch for over 10 years, he started as a World Of Warcraft content creator then initially branched out into covering other MMOs with his First Impressions "Is It Worth Playing?" format in which he plays an MMO for a few hours then summarizes his new player first impressions with a pros and cons section at the end of the video.
In recent years TheLazyPeon has branched out from just covering the MMORPG genre to coverings ARPGs, Survival Games, Single Player RPGs, MOBAs and in his downtime he's practicing Muay Thai which he occasionally shows in his "Life Is An MMORPG" vlog series which documents his life since moving from Europe to Thailand.
TheLazyPeon is most excited for upcoming MMOs such as Ashes Of Creation, The RIOT MMO, Chrono Odyssey, Soulframe and Guild Wars 3, Those games are a long way from completion though so you'll be able to catch him passing the time livestreaming his experiences with other new MMOs on Twitch.
