Volition announced today at PAX Prime that a new standalone Saints Row 4 expansion is coming out next year for PC, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One.

Called Gat Out of Hell, the standalone expansion which doesn't require a copy of Saints Row 4! puts players in the shoes of Johnny Gat or Kinzie Kensington. The plan? Fight through hell to save The President/God Emperor of the Universe and shoot up Satan. Conduit developer High Voltage Software is working with Volition on this new experience.
