Black Ops 3 is set in 2060, says the trailer, the future year by which the planet has split into two warring factions. Since the air defences of the two sides basically cancel each other out, skirmishes are settled with augmented infantry combat. That is to say, soldiers with robot arms.

In other news, Black Ops 3 will support four player campaign co-op, introduce a new movement system with Titanfall-style wallrunning, and be the first Call of Duty with a multiplayer beta test since Treyarch's World at War back in 2008.
