This NEEDS To Be FIXED For Fresh Classic Servers in Classic WoW

Fresh Classic WoW Servers are coming out soon as Phase 1 is currently being re-tested on the PTR as suddenly a Classic Era PTR popped up on the battle net launcher! We also had a Fresh Classic Survey sent out by Blizzard a couple of months ago regarding a Fresh Start Server for Classic WoW including some changes such as increased xp rates and no world buffs or limited world buffs usage. Today I discuss MY concerns about fresh classic servers in Classic WoW and I adress a couple of issues that I think Blizzard REALLY needs to focus on and FIX before even thinking about a Fresh Classic Server.
