Why does Zombies keep getting left behind?

Whilst the upcoming Haunting event for Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone looks like so much fun it is an absolute joke that once again, multiplayer and Warzone is getting all of the cool zombies stuff. These atmosphere's would make for AMAZING Zombies maps but mismanagement is constantly leaving zombies on the backburner. It's extra unfortunate that the lack of a cool Atmosphere is the EXACT reason that Liberty Falls is getting a lot of backlash right now whilst other modes are getting what people are asking for.
