About Kobayashi Island:
Kobayashi Island is a #CitiesSkylines series following the build of a Japanese style island city. With no roads or trains that connect to the outside world, the city is entirely dependent on ships and airplanes for everything it needs. While its style is loosely based on Tokyo, the project is largely fictional, with its own unique history, geography and layout.
