With the stock of missions left until we take on the fateful final Jack mission dwindling, this week’s adventures in Red Dead Redemption see us taking on some tasks for Uncle, the old-timey prospector character who for some reason lives in John Marston’s house. On discovering Andy lost his Red Dead Redemption saves, we resolved to reclaim his 100 percent complete status by replaying his favourite game of the last generation - whetting our appetite for Red Dead Redemption 2, which is coming out in Spring 2018, into the bargain.

Initially we presumed that the reason Uncle was tolerated by the Marstons was that he was their actual uncle, but it seems that isn’t the case, which makes it all the stranger as to why they all continue to live with someone they all hate. Maybe we’ll find out in Red Dead Redemption 2?
