Not too long ago, I discussed a situation where SayNoToRage was deplatformed, and ruined. Three weeks later... a pesky little lawyer form Bitwise Legal (whose previous clients include Bungie) decided to copyright strike the content on behalf of Sarah Daniels.

What followed was a smackdown by YouTube and a hilarious faceplant that warms my heart to discuss. The video is back... the copyright strike removed and the W has been achieved. Twitch clips in a massive, independent and transformative analysis are clearly within the realm of fair use.
