The New Orleans of Tony Hawk’s Underground 2, for example, imagines what the city would be like if city planners, instead of adopting a creole style of architecture which mixes both French and Spanish influences, decided instead to stick sick halfpipes and grindable rails everywhere.

Still, it’s fun, right up until you grind on the wrong grave, and a Baron Samedi-looking dude jumps out of it on a tricycle then starts riding around town turning everyone into zombies. We hate when that happens.

The Murder of Crows mission in Hitman Blood Money shows off another side of the city, as it takes place against the backdrop of Mardi Gras, the high point of carnival season.

It’s obviously a super fun place to hang out, with the carnival floats and glowsticks, and bird costumes, but your chances of being crushed by a falling piano are significantly higher than in most cities, so maybe don’t drink too much, yeah?

Mafia 3 comes out on release date 7 October 2016 on Xbox One, PS4 and PC.
