The new Sony Terms of Service are very clearly aimed at moderating and enforcing community standards... but the side effect of this is that your data, and recordings of what you say in party chat, can go anywhere, at any time.... to any third party with absolutely no compensation, recourse, or notification.

I have seen many people say that the new Sony Policy is authoritarian, and will skew this generations console dominance, but lets not forget that Microsoft holds a patent to spy INTO your home with the Kinect and enforce digital licensing agreements. Big Tech are not better or worse than one another when it comes to data security and collection... they are just different breeds of evil.
