Ubisoft Owns Your Soul - Terms of Service Update

Ubisoft has updated their terms of service with a rather intense ultimatum. Agree to their ownership of all User Generated content, in perpetuity, for any purpose... as well as any likeness (yours or others) that is displayed alongside, or lose access to your account.

Not only that, but any damages arising from their usage of what you create, is to be paid for by YOU should there be any fiscal penalty or licensing issues. In combination, these factors are some of the most severe i have yet seen in the entire gaming industry.
