Here's a coaching session that I did on stream yesterday!
Phantom Assassin is a carry with huge physical burst damage. Her skillset is also really nice for initiating every 8 seconds, as the dagger and blink allows her to weave in and out of the teamfight.
Because of this, I recommend a mix of tank/teamfight/movement speed/and damage items that will allow you to take advantage of this.
