Like, for example, have you considered having some sort of supernatural sniping ability? If the Metal Gear series has taught us anything, it’s that the very best snipers have some sort of magic power that makes them better at sniping.

Snake Eater’s superannuated sniper The End could lower his body temperature to blend in with his surroundings, as well as having the ability to photosynthesise, to allow him to spend weeks at a time motionless, waiting for the exact right time to take his shot, while Quiet from Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain can go invisible, see in slow motion, and hum extremely annoyingly.

Just make sure you get one of the good supernatural abilities, rather than, say, the 'constantly haunted by the sounds of crying babies' thing that Crying Wolf from MGS4 got. Bound to throw you off your shot, that.
