Aim for a fast Medallion to allow you to burst down heroes with unstable concoction, and also to focus heroes with physical damage, and take fast roshans.

Mid game aim for blink daggers, smokes, dusts, gem, and from there something super utility like force staff, ghost scepter, mek, or something that your team needs to survive and continue to win teamfights. Those utility items are entirely dependent on what kinds of enemy heroes that you're against! Purchase accordingly.
